A recruiter contacted me by email after I applied on Capital One's MyWorkday. She often took several days to respond to emails and the process was very slow. She interviewed me over the phone, then had me phone interview with a tech lead. There was a lot of confusion for me because she agreed on a time but then rescheduled it twice. After that, she didn't update me on the status of my application, and wouldn't respond to emails either. After 19 days, she finally replied "thank you for your interest".
