I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Capital One (Plano, TX) in June 2014
Interview
A very long process...had to take multiple online tests, phone interview and then finally a face to face individually by 4 ppl. The process is very complicated because its not about your job skills but it is all about their interview methods... the questionnaires is silly and nothing related to how good fit are you at the job, but it is how will you behavior be ..and you are judged based on the interviewers impression.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Wilmington, DE) in June 2016
Interview
The first round was a coding challenged, followed by two phone screens and then an onsite interview. The onsite interview was for a whole day spanning across two behavioural and two job fit. Interview was not too difficult. They gave me a problem, a laptop and asked to create a solution right there. Given that it takes time to type the code and the interview is only for an hour, I didn't think it was the right way to interview a candidate especially they said that the code that I write must follow all standards with exception handling and everything.
