Application
I applied through university. I interviewed at Capital One (McLean, VA) in May 2019
Interview
The interview consisted of behavioral questions, regular interview, and a very straightforward case. My interviewers were professional but friendly and answered all of my questions. Overall it was a good interview experience. I know interviewing is intimidating anywhere, but this was one of the more conversational interviews that I have had. You still have to focus on the case and have intelligent answers for behavioral questions, but it was not a stuffy interview environment.

Question 1
A case about marketing for a new product I was launching.
Fairly easy interview process. One behavioral + Power day. Power day was one behavioral, one case, and job fit. Job fit are situational questions and how you would go about it as a manager. Think of emphasizing teamwork.

Question 1
Why Capital One? Why this program? What skills will you bring that add value?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One in Mar 2021
Interview
The process was well organized by the recruiter and moderately quick, although I didn't get my first round interview until many weeks after I applied.
1st round: Easy behavioral by a nice interviewer.
2nd round: 3 hours.
Easy behavioral, rigidly went through three behavioral questions and then left 30 minutes for chitchat.
Job fit: Situational questions on what you would do if... if you theoretically had a managerial position somewhere. "How to let your lead manager know that you'll be missing a deadline because a team you're not a part of fell behind" and similar things like that.
Case: Easy case, barely any math except one algebra breakeven question (how many months will it take to break even). Keep track of what units they're asking for and talk through your process. Always make sure when they ask your opinion on the effects of a business decision or whatever you mention more than just 1 effect (like obvious that profit will go down, but will customer acquisition go up?? etc).

Question 1
Talk about a time you had to go above and beyond to hit a deadline

Interview
I just completed the first behavioral interview round and got through to the power day! I called the interviewer virtually and he was very nice. He asked me three basic behavioral questions and then a lot of the interview was me asking about Capital One and the specific program, so come prepared with questions!
