I applied through campus career website and then got the phone interview. The questions are very technical and most of them are statistical questions with real industry application. Since the interview sounds like a Chinese and has a poor oral English, I cannot catch some questions. Most of my classmates got this interview but they declined us all. It seems that this position just recruits PhD students.

Interview
The interviewer was an senior statistician. The questions are standard ones including p-values, positive correlation, logistics regression, missing values. At the begining are some introduction. The interviewer introduces about herself, and ask me some research I have done, and why interested in Capital One. Then go directly to 3 short statistics questions. The final one is a business case question which is related to missing data in logistics regression.
Phone interview which focused on statistics and interpretation of model. The interviewer is nice. Also there will be case study questions about credit card. It lasts around 30 minutes. One question is about how to deal with missing data. No behavior questions during the phone interview.
