Interview
The interview process is extremely slow. Not necessarily long because of the number of interviews, but painfully slow and difficult to know where you stand. As many have stated, Power Day is an abnormal interview experience for PMs, but it wasn’t as difficult as I’d expected it to be. My negative rating comes from the recruiter being difficult to get ahold of and unresponsive. At this point I’m assuming they’ve ghosted me.

Tell us about a product you worked on and explain the process from start to finish
Interview process started with an online Assessmsent first, HR Screening , then mini case study. Case study involved data review, giving feedback on how results could be improved. You will get asked technical questions (how would you build a certain application so have UI and Design questions practiced.
Frist round included a virtual culture assessment. Online scenarios and options of what to chose so that they can see the types of decisions you make, not necessarily how you make these decisions.
The interview process was smooth overall. It started with a computer screening, followed by a 30-minute recruiter call focused on my experience and fit with Capital One. Then I had a one-hour “money case” discussing a Capital One product from different angles. I’ve now moved to the PowerDay round, which includes two product cases, one product skills round, and one product discovery round.
