The initial communication from HR screening was slow. HR was friendly once we connected. She sent me to the next level and it was a great interview however, the communication follow up was slow.

Interview
Unstructured interview process mostly behavioral followed by power day, interviews were basic answered many of the same questions multiple times to different people. No technical questions were asked a behavioral question bank was provided before the interview.
Interview involved a Power Day but was cut up into two days because of scheduling conflicts with the interviewers which made it less than ideal. The recruiter was nice but the interview prep call we had consisted of them just reading the email that was sent to me.
