Capital One Technology Development Program interview questions

Started with coding exam. Next is what they call a “Power Day” where you sit through 3 interviews. Technical: They have you write your own code to implement a solution. Behavioral: I was only asked 2 questions. It’s mostly for questions you have about the TDP Case: They will explain a piece of technology that Capital One is trying to implement and ask you to extrapolate uses. They will show you data and code that you have to rewrite.

1 hour technical which was a super easy leetcode-esque question, Would be a leetcode easy and involved a hashmap. 1 hour behavorial but I finished in 20 minutes, case study round
