Interview
You will first speak with a field recruiter, no format, just informational talking. You may then be connected with a Territory Manager and go for a demo in the field. You may also have a face to face interview with the Market Directory (Depends on the market). All expectations are laid out up front. It's up to you to do the work.
I met in my person with the local sales leader, discussed the process and whether or not I felt like I could sell the product. I thought it was a simple process that was very beneficial.

Easy interview with a nice interviewer!! They asked direct questions but still tried to make me feel at home in the process. They were a little low on the salary i was looking to make.

I had a phone interview with the district manager through an employee referral. I was asked a series of questions about my experience as an insurance producer, my current employer, and skills and training I may have had while employed. I was then asked if I would like to make money while helping others, and when I would be available for a ride along with another agent.
