Pros
top tier compensation, technology, culture and training. I came to Combined from a competitor. I was with that last company for over 7 years and was never valued as a leader and top producer or as a person. I stayed with that company for much longer than I should have. I wish I would have made the change to Combined years ago. I had always heard good things about them and I'm so happy I made the switch. I have now been with Combined for over a year and have been able to see the claims process first hand. I think it is far superior to my last. The online portal is so easy for policy holder's to log into. It feels so much better to represent a company I actually believe in and have a hierarchy that I can trust and respect. It has been a wonderful experince so far and I hope other will give this comany a chance like I did because I think they will be pleasantly surprised.
Cons
growing company so many changes, and a learning curve when it comes to the different systems
