I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Concentrix (Kuala Lumpur) in Dec 2025
Interview
Worst interview experience I’ve had. I have never been threatened or spoken to this way in an interview before. During the interview, I was told to be “committed” if I were to move to the next stage, because I would be “representing his name.” The interviewer repeatedly said he was not satisfied with my answers, yet claimed he believed I could be a good candidate, therefore I “had to be good” because I would be representing him. This was extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate. If a candidate is not a good fit, there is always the option to not move them forward, rather than using intimidation.
In addition to this, the HR team was very unprofessional. They sent repeated messages and even called my personal phone number, including as late as 11 PM and again in the middle of the workday. This behavior was all in relation to a take-home test sent via email. The email clearly stated a deadline of four days, yet only 30 minutes after it was sent, they began repeatedly messaging me on WhatsApp.
Overall, this was an extremely odd, unprofessional, and disrespectful hiring process. The conduct of everyone involved raises serious concerns, and I would caution others to think carefully before engaging with this company.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Concentrix (Kuala Lumpur) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interviewer was friendly and approachable, while HR was incredibly helpful and patient. They provide timely feedback on results, ensuring you aren't left waiting. It is a highly professional experience.
fast, only takes around 30-45 minutes. ask to introduced ourselves, basic question like experience, about concentrix, how to handle difficult cs. ask about shifting times and etc. professional and need to know the role of the job
It was easy and friendly, candidates feel valued and at ease, fostering open conversations, genuine connections, and mutual enthusiasm that reveal true personalities and potential beyond rigid questions.
welcoming smiles and casual chit-chat break the ice, encouraging honest responses and building rapport that uncovers skills, passions, and cultural fit naturally.
