I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Concentrix in Aug 2016
Interview
Multiple interviews with various managers. Full tour and run down of all of the benefits before you've even met anyone. Sitting down with employees and watching how they do things. I have 2 separate interviews with two different people, plus contact with a recruiter. After my second interview, I didn't hear from them again.

Question 1
What is something that you've done that you're not proud of?
Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

Question 1
They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
They make you do all these assessments just for them to deny you. I applied multiple times even though I have the qualifications and still denied. The pay is very cheap as well. Should not have all these assessments and stuff for the little pay
