Interview
Interview is only via telephone and first phase is conversation with Recrutments and after that 2 calles for languages validation. It is very easy, it is enought to speak needed languages.

Question 1
Why I want that job, and can I work in a rotation shifts.
The Concentrix interview process is usually simple and structured, especially for customer service, BPO, and technical roles. It may vary slightly by job, but the overall flow is quite consistent.
Interview process is easy. Multiple rounds would be there HR, Ops but it's easy.
Basic question :
1. Introduction
2. Work Experience
3. Why you have left your last job ?
4. Why should we hire you ?
5. Any situation based questions.
Process was clear and fast, going through the specifics of the job and the skills needed to do it. Professionals were educated and listened and asked good questions.
Process took 10 days, which is way lower than other companies.
