Bastante explicado, mostrando como é a empresa e como funciona o olhar mais cultural e receptível da concentrix, provas visando nossa capacidade intelectual e como lidamos com problemas, sendo profissionais e buscando o melhor atendimento ao cliente, apos o processo de provas houve uma dinâmica em grupo e uma entrevista um a um com o supervisor de rh. Bastante estimulante e encorajadora.

A entrevista foi bem dinâmica e rápida.
Te deixam bem a vontade e te tratam com acolhimento e respeito.
Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

Question 1
They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
