The recruiter missed the first scheduled phone interview and did not make contact. When I emailed (did not have a phone number), they apologized and rescheduled. The phone interviewer was somewhere in the U.S. The face-to-face interview was where they made an even worse impression. The interviewer was late and one phoned in, instead of being in person. It made for weird dynamics. The in-person interviewer was very abrasive and also good at interrupting. Overall, a very poorly planned process and interview. It makes the company look disorganized and sets candidates up poorly to be able to make a good impression. They made no contact after a 2-stage interview process, which is pretty rude IMO.
