It's 3 round process.At first round amcat Versant,in second round client round they called you if you cleared your first round.In last round means ur Hr round u was asked by your hr about yourself,a lot of questions

They asked why I am looking forward to getting a job in bpo sector?
The interview process at Concentrix was simple and smooth. First, there was a basic HR round where they asked about my introduction, communication skills, and willingness to work in voice process. Then, a few general questions were asked. The interviewer was friendly, and the overall experience was easy and comfortable.”
It was a online test on the desk through their website by first filling the form about personal details and then we have to do the Amcat and then afterwards got the link on the mail for versant and attended that also through online test

The interview has 3 rounds 1 is HR briefing and 2nd round will be Test once clearing the test there will be last round which is Manager round once this is cleared you will get the offer letter
