I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Concentrix (Calgary, AB) in Feb 2019
Interview
Easy interview with recruiter. Just ask about previous experience. Had to do a internet test, a question and answer sheet. Where they record you answering questions. It's a fairly easy interview process interviews were done on camera. The position was a work from home so there was no need to go into one of their offices.
