Interview
First will be the HR round
Then a communication exam
Then manager round
Then Apptitude exam
Then Typing test
Then Working ethics exam.
The exams are fairly simple and easy

Its was easy interview process, the question they ask me is what to do if the bootable drive is mot showing in the bios .
Tech support virtual interview and writing assessment, English fluency typing and recorded virtual interview. It was a good experience until now I hope I can get into the next rounds.
It was fun and okay overall, but it felt repetitive after a while. The experience mainly consisted of the usual, typical call center questions, making it less engaging than expected.
Online video submission, asked a couple of questions. The most difficult part was the intensive background check that came after. But due to the nature of the work it is understandable.
