Salary mentioned in job posting is way higher than what the manager offered during interview. There shouldn't be any misalignment between HR and manager regarding this matter.
Don't bother applying unless you are okay with a below average salary, less have than 2 months notice in your current job or a fresh grad looking for experience in CM.
The interview was done over online video on Microsoft Teams over a 1 by 1 session
The interviewer requested if the applicant is willing to be exposed to unsafe content in moderating content
The interviewer also discusses prior jobs and skills to bring to the company

I got a phone call to confirm the details of the job and asked if I wanted to move forward to in-person interview. After the interview, I had language assessment through phone call by the third party.
