Technical Interview: The first round was conducted by a panel of three technical interviewers. They assessed my in-depth understanding of core Salesforce concepts, particularly in the areas of LWC, Apex, and integrations. The questions focused on practical implementation and reasoning—for example: How dispatchEvent works in Lightning Web Components. Why and when to use objects to clone and send data between components, and the underlying mechanism behind it. They were specifically looking for detailed, conceptual explanations rather than generic or surface-level answers. Managerial Round: The second round focused more on my project experience, problem-solving approach, communication, and ability to handle real-world challenges in a team setting.
