Interviewed with 5 people, all by phone. My manager was located in Austin, TX. The interviews lasted about 45 minutes each. It took about two weeks from beginning to offer. Dell does a great job on not requiring a face to face interview, especially when they have offices all over the country (world) .

Desrespeitoso, marcaram 3 entrevistas por telefone e desmarcaram as 3. Não deram nenhum tipo de Feedback. Na primeira vez a recrutadora ligou 2 horas depois da entrevista para remarcar. Marcou para a próxima semana. Não ligou, e depois de 2 dias ligaram novamente para marcar outra entrevista. Não ligaram e nem retornaram minhas ligação.
There are 3-4 times interview before you receive the offer. Since Dell operates the business cross functionally, even its department name sounds same, You will meet several senior person.

Based on my experience, there are no difficult, unexpected question. People who works here are basically very direct and honest, so you don't need to prepare something unique like Google or MS.
