Dell uses a minimum of 3-4 people to interview for most positions, in addition to some screening by talent acquisition and HR team. They have specific competencies that questions are centered around, and mostly use scenario based questions like "tell me about a time when . . ." and then probe into areas like problem solving, delivering results, dealing with ambiguity, etc.
