I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Bengaluru) in July 2008
Interview
I was asked to attend the interview by an employee of Dell, the Technical Writing division. The interview process involved a meeting with two of the managers, a written test to check writing skills and an Englsih test. I was very impressed with the Dell office and I liked the way in which the interview was conducted. I also had a chance to look around between rounds and I liked the work culture which seemed casual and at the same time efficient.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Bengaluru) in Oct 2025
Interview
1) Writing round - this was hard
2) Technical Panel
3) Managerial Round
They treated me really well and made me comfortable to give the interview, very positive experience. I'm still awaiting the offer actually but since glassdoor wants me to give a review, i'm posting it lol.
