It was three rounds of interview - 1) First one was more of technical and case based. The questions tested on technical skills like SQL, Excel and analytical skills using various case based questions and a guesstimate. 2) Second round was taken by managers where questions revolved mostly around current and past work experience. They try to gauge your personality and how good you are at work and how you behave at different situations. They can go deep into your work experience and at times it could be stress based. 3) Third round is by HR which mostly has basic questions to know you, your current role, why Dell, expectations and so on.
