I applied for several similar positions at Dell through LinkedIn. After realizing that there had to be a more efficient way, I got the name of a recruiter who passed along my resume. I was contacted by a recruiter within about two weeks who wanted to set up an interview within the next three days, which happened to be a Friday. That time/date didn't work with my schedule, so we set up a time for the following Monday. I got a call from the recruiter ten days later with a job offer. I interviewed with two Inside Sales Account Managers. The interview very conversational with a few standard interview questions (brief review of my resume, Why Dell? Why you?) thrown in. I was over prepared for this interview and the interviewers noted appreciation for that.
