O processo foi muito rápido e simples. Houve uma ligação do RH, onde conversamos um pouco em inglês e falei um pouco sobre as minhas experiências e no mesmo dia já marcaram a entrevista presencial com um Team Leader e o gerente.

Processo tranquilo e fácil. Como já trabalhava como contractor, foi um pouco mais pela formalidade de passar pelo processo normal. Tive que me candidatar na vaga via site. A única diferença foi que não tive entrevistas com o RH, apenas com o gerente da área para onde iria trabalhar.

Interview
First will be interviewed by HR before submitting the resume to Hiring Manager. Hiring Manager will go through the resume and request for an interview to be scheduled.There are multiple interviews will be scheduled and may take longer time to get feedback, due to HR policy and approval. HR people will need to work efficiently to reduce this time gap considering the job is important for the candidate, in the interest of candidate.
