Case study based interview, and questions revolved around out of the box thinking wrt Supply Chain Management. Communication skills were also tested. Interview process was very cordial, and interviewers encouraged candidates to come up with innovative answers for Business problems.

Many jobs applied for internally received no response (automated or otherwise). Interviews ranged from formal panels to very informal lunches. HR processes are outsourced and lagging in response time with no clear path of communication, so I expect all of these things to occur on the external candidates even more.
