1) Recruiter will make contact 2) If the recruiter is satisfied then a hiring manager will set up 1 or 2 interviews over the phone 3) If the hiring wants to move forward, then you will have one or two phone interviews with a panel consisting of managers, team leads, and sales members 4) When a final decision is made you will be contacting by phone or email. 5) If accepted an offer will be sent 6) Negotiate pay with hiring manager 7) If acceptable you need to have a drug test completed.
