the interview has 5 stages. Starting with the HR screening, then followed by technical interview plus test case, in the interview you will be asked by why you did what you did when solving the test. next stage is team members assessment to evaluate team fit. Next stage will be the interview with hiring manager and finally, the interview with org director.
The interview processs consisted of an HR Interview. After the HR then I had second interview with the team. I heard back from HR 3 weeks after following up with the recruiter. There was a delay in hearing back due to a hiring freeze but the manager
