Lack of kindness. We wonder if everyone passes their code of conduct and ethics. Only the salary is interesting. The internal meeting are focused on the forecast and not on the real issues of the day to day job.

They tend to hire experienced AE's from other companies or if you know the hiring manager. Interview was not that difficult although you need to put thought into role and present that at second or third interview.
