I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Dublin, Dublin) in June 2011
Interview
Interview process was simple enough, was offered position before I had left the building. In all fairness Dell used to be a great company to work for - was proud to say I worked there but changes to conditions over the last 5 years or so made the role more and more difficult. I pride myself on giving excellent service to my customers but policies and procedures made that more and more difficult. The annual Tell Dell employee survey is a joke - questions designed to make sure management come out of it looking good.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Dell Technologies
Interview
I had one interview with a recruiter and one with a sales manager and then found out shortly after. Both interviews I was asked basic behavioral questions and the interviewers were very personable. They want to see your personality, that you can answer behavioral questions thoroughly and that you know the company well.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Nashville, TN) in May 2026
Interview
It was not too bad. They asked me why Dell. It was with HR, and it lasted about 30 minutes. They explained all the benefits, the role, and the process of getting trained for the position.
Easy 2 rounds interview. They ask you about your resume and why sales and why should we hire you. Some situational questions as well. Is not super complicated and its easy to amke it through
