First they sent a recorded link to me with 8 questions, you look towards the camera and answer the questions, you get a chance to repeat your answer if you don't like it and then submit it. If they like you an hr representative would send an email to schedule for a face to face interview.

Why choosing Dell, how can Dell have a different approach to market than its competitors. If a customer called for a laptop how would you conduct the call and what would you ask the customer to identify a sales opportunity.

I was contacted by an HR generalist and they told me that they would like to set up an interview. They found my resume online from a previous submission. At the scheduled tome, I showed up and was immediately met by a Dell manager and taken back to a conference room where a colleague attended plus one on the phone. I was asked several questions and even though I had done the job for 10 years previously they had concerns. True story, wow.
The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Nashville, TN)

Panel interview with 2 sales coaches. Very laid back and informal. They want you to show passion and the ability to be coached. Know your resume but don't over sale.
