Interview
The interviews were relaxed. open and enjoyable conversations, each approximately 30min. Beginning with a discussion with the hiring manager, followed by a conversation with a peer in a similar role, a supporting resource (such as a Solutions Engineer), a related Senior Account Exec, then followed by meetings back with the hiring manager and the senior business leader, before concluding with HR for the job offer.

2nd one, interviewers ask your work attitude and vision
last one, you will meet people in management level and ask you how your current job relate to the position you applied for and they will throw task related questions and ask you how you will resolve it.

Interview
Asked to give face to face interview. First pass was with local HR. Then local hiring manager and after being shortlisted, interviewed by regional manager. Process took about a month. Afterwards was notified for hiring.
