I took part in one in-person interview after they completed their resume screening process. Two interviewers came to my home university and got an email from the recruiter explaining how to reserve a spot for an interview.

What are some ideas you have about changing or updating the social media accounts?
they had resume shortlisting, then group discussion followed by a interview that one to one. fair process with low discrepancies and limited set of questions asked. although they selected pre determined people only.

Group Disscussion followed by technical interview followed by Personal interview (HR round)
1st was group disscussion and the topic was just about "Water" after that in technical round some questions regarding marketing and in HR round about personal information and why should me hire you and so on

The recruiting process is quite smooth; probably took less than a month.
