Received an initial screening call from HR within hours of submitting my online application. About a week later I was notified I would be moving forward in the process and an interview scheduler reached out to set up the first 1-on-1 interview with the hiring manager. The 1-on-1 interview (scheduled near the end of the workday) was cancelled midday, due to a family emergency with the hiring manager. (This is not anyone's fault.) The following week, I was notified I would be moving directly to a panel interview and the interview scheduler reached out to set up this up. The panel interview wasn't difficult per se, but it seemed very unorganized and dysfunctional. It was obvious that many of the panel interviewers had not prepared questions or coordinated with each other ahead of time.
