I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Round Rock, TX) in June 2024
Interview
1. 15 minute screening call with recruiter.
2. You will submit 5 videos answering targeted questions about Dell and technology. Seemingly unlimited attempts.
3. 1-2 hour prerecorded q&a presentation.
4. 1 hour virtual interview with two sales coaches/managers. You will do a sales role play. Before your interview you are emailed details on how the role play will work.
Overall the interview process seemed low stakes. I almost feel like I was only interviewed during the final round over Teams. The prerecorded call is viewed on your own time and at the end you take a survey to determine if you’re still interested in the role. If you choose yes, you are automatically sent an email to schedule the final interview. Unless you reach out, you won’t have any contact with the recruiter other than your phone screening and **hopefully** your offer. Very hands off type of interview process.

Question 1
How would you prioritize outbound calls, tasks from your manager, and customer tech issues?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Round Rock, TX) in Dec 2024
Interview
A couple networking or recruiter calls and one "monster interview" at the end. The main interview is 3+ hours and you talk to multiple managers. Some people say they only had the monster interview and skipped the other steps
