Interview at 10 am, I join before 15min. However, one HR had called me 10min before the interview started and told me about the interview details. At about 10.30 am the meeting still hasn't started yet!! Then I emailed another HR and asked for it, the HR told me that the meeting had been canceled!!!! I was shocked I feel never be respected by the manager and HR too. On the next day, I received an email stating that 'Both interview and online assessment round will be canceled at this point for time. This decision has been tough as the overall standards of the candidates have been high.' IF cancel please told the candidate early at least be respect each other, everyone's time is important! SUPER POOR EXPERIENCE for this DELL INTERVIEW!!
