it was nice, and the interviewer was really understanding cause I had to reschedule. He also gave me time to answer and think about what I wanted to say. The process is overall well-organized.

Interview
The process consists of 4 phases. The first phase is the CV screening phse. The second phase is the assessment phase, it consists of 45 multiple choice questions which are a mix of technical, dell product related, and personality questions. The third phase is the recorded video interview in which you record a 2–3-minute video answering the given questions. The final phase is the online interview through a video call.

easy and straight forward and the interviewer was very nice and it was only an interview after the video submission and it was a very nice working environment everyone was so helpful and i learned alot from it
