1st round talent acquistion screening 15 mins 2nd round hiring manager telephonic interview for distant candidate 60 mins 3rd round hiring manager again duration of the interview on email 15 mins where as actual interview time was 60 mins Note Outcome interview not successfull since answers did not have STAR technique. The answers given were same answers given to big technology companies for which i passed the interview and was suprised by the feed back the talent acquistion gave.
