Dell Technologies Problem Manager interview questions

Phone, panel, domestic and global. Interviews with 16 people. The phone interview and closing 1x1 interview was done with the manager. The remaining interviews were done in a group/panel in Austin Texas and one via phone with Ireland team. Be prepared to ask questions. The Problem Managent role is all about root cause analysis. Asking questions is key to be successful in this role.
