Straightforward consulting process and interviews. Behavioral questions and case practice afterwards. Interview with the hiring manager as well. Basic assessment of technical skills. 3 Interviews on the overall process, starting with HR, then hiring manger, then director of the division.
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
