Initial HR Call (Screening)
A short introductory call (10–20 minutes) to confirm your basic qualifications, motivation, and availability, and to give you an overview of the role and next steps.
HR Interview
A full conversation focusing on your background, soft skills, previous experience, teamwork, problem-solving approach, and overall cultural fit with the company.
Two Follow-Up Interviews:
• Technical & Team Introduction Interview
Evaluation of your technical knowledge related to the role, discussion of your past projects, and an opportunity to meet the team and understand how they work.
• Case Study Interview
Assessment of your structured thinking and analytical skills through a practical case. You will be asked to analyse a scenario, explain your reasoning, present your solution, and communicate your approach clearly.
Si divide come segue:
-il primo è un colloquio conoscitivo telefonico di circa 10 minuti.
-il secondo è un colloquio con i Manager di circa un’ora.

The interview process was normal, they asked general questions, all you have to do is be confident and answer everything you know with confidence, brush up your basics and you'll do good it was overall good
