The entire process revolved around my intellectual curiosity about where I wanted to be 5-10 years down the line. Also, I was asked to speak about my experience within the federal government.

Business Cases are the question I was asked to solve.
The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
