Six 1:1 interviews plus lunch. Mostly people were pleasant and asked questions about my resume and why I wanted to get into transfer pricing. A few asked my career plans.

The interview went through 3 phases. The first was a culture match with their talent team. The second was a deeper delve into the job-related skills. The third was a Q&A of sorts

1 CV submission 2 Invitation for video interview - really awkward and disrespectful way to interview someone as they ask you to speak to a computer screen as robot. 3 Skype case study with Hiring manager - even more stupid way to present a case as you literally need to answer questions based on text that you didnt read but someone else reads it for you online very fast in broken English... 4 Assesment center - face to face interviews. Salary offered was almost at the poverty line - I declined
