Interview
Premier contact via LinkedIn avec une RH officier, invitation à un business case. Explication des opportunités, puis business case en tant que tel. Thème : innovation dans le secteur aéronautique. Lecture d'un livret avec graphiques et propositions de solutions. Tout se passe en anglais et les équipes sont mixées (tout secteurs). Le but étant de montrer que l'on a un team spirit.
Si accepté pour la suite, rencontre RH classique en anglais. Le néerlandais est très important également. Puis rencontre le même jour avec un business manager qui va plus poser des questions techniques sur le CV.

Durante la prima fase di screening, ho notato che il recruiter è stato piuttosto invasivo con le sue domande, tralasciando completamente gli aspetti legati alla job description e concentrandosi invece su dettagli personali, creando un clima poco confortevole e poco professionale.
