Short pre-screening call asking behavioural, teamwork and strengths questions. Later I was asked to come to their Montreal office for an in-person interview. Interviewed by 2 experienced solution developer

why are you a good fit for this position, why should we hire you?
what will do if you are assigned a tool which you don't have knowledge or documents? What will do if 2 of your managers assign a priority task on Friday and ask to complete it by Monday?
Some technical like why agile process and difference between agile and waterfall.
various loops and which one is bettter.

Interview
A conversational interview with the hiring manager. Not a conventional question-answering interview type. Discussed various details related to the company and the role I was interviewing for. Haven't got any update after the final round interview though.

Interview
Submitted my cv + cover letter and received interview invite by email. No phone calls. 20% behaviour and 80% technical questions by two Solutions developer (one was nicer than the other) no one from HR participates in the interview.
