Interview process was very friendly. Their buddy interview system was amazing, helped me prepare the interview. It showed me that they really care about their employees. Because of this, I pushed Deloitte to be on top of my list, despite my skepticism on consulting field. They made me giving the benefit of the doubt on consulting as I came from tech background

Consulting Case study interview - uses STAR method, need to evaluate case question through timeline, budget, stakeholders involved (both internal and external) and KPIs. Keep in mind agile vs. waterfall methodology, phased iterative approach, and the SDLC framework.
Hired on campus . For some there were 2 rounds but I just had 1 round and that's it i was selected. Mostly resume based questions were alsed in addition to some HR questions
