Interview
One day interview process, first interview is with a manager/senior manager, then second interview is with a partner or director. They say the first interview is the most important one and the second one (partner/director) is quick chat to check you are a personal/cultural fit, and the first one is more of an overview of your experience. Personally I felt I bombed the first interview, interviewer seemed disinterested and just picked through my CV. Second interview went really well - had a great conversation with the director and ended up chatting far past the allocated time, I believe this is why I got the offer. Interviewing as a college student the interview was quite general, an overview of your experience, why you want the job etc. I imagine if an experienced hire it would be more nuanced about your specific skills or capabilities.
Se comunican rápidamente mediante correo y whatsapp para hacer una primera entrevista telefónica en la que el reclutador evalúa aspectos generales sobre tu experiencia y luego pasa a una entrevista sobre ti en inglés.
3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
three interviews the same day with different level of hierarchy. They ask relevant questions related to the position and there is unless questions such as "3 strenghts and 3 weaknesess"
