Interview
First a case interview where you are given a business problem and have to come up with solutions. This was immediately followed by a behavioural interview with the typical questions. I was then contacted about 3 hours later that they wanted me for a technical interview the next day so there was little time to prepare.

Durante la prima fase di screening, ho notato che il recruiter è stato piuttosto invasivo con le sue domande, tralasciando completamente gli aspetti legati alla job description e concentrandosi invece su dettagli personali, creando un clima poco confortevole e poco professionale.
