Hiring process started with Tele-Con Round by HR in which they will ask about your current scenario, then HR Round in personal where they will judge you as a person, then Manager/Senior Manager Round i.e. Technical 1 and last is Director/Partner round i.e. Technical Round 2.

What is the best in you what other candidates do not have?
First with the team lead and then with the Partner. The phone screening is with teh HR rep. The whole process takes about 1 month from teh start to the finish

Interview
The interview process was well-structured and took around 2 weeks. It consisted of three rounds: an initial HR screening, followed by a technical interview with the hiring manager, and a final interview with senior management.
The questions were a mix of technical and behavioral, focusing on past experience, problem-solving, and handling real-life work scenarios.
Overall difficulty was moderate. Candidates are advised to prepare practical examples and have a good understanding of the role.
The interview happened in 3 rounds, 2 technical and 1 techno manegerial. Technical round had back to back Technical questions with second round more focused on scenario based questions. Managerial was just 20 minutes
