Interview
Interview is three part to apply as an intern, which was the route I took. I felt that the interview process was pretty straight forward and casual, no trick questions.
First they asked personal questions to establish my motivation. After that they asked tax related questions to establish my knowledge in this field. Questions were difficult but avarage for this kind of job.

Question 1
Me preguntaron por la motivación de mis saltos profesionales.
Talk to the Recruiter, take a personality test, take interview 1 with a partner, take interview 2 with a partner then they decide whether they will hire you. It's fairly straightforward
